Website Orders
- Return Window: 30 days from delivery for unused, resalable items
- Condition: Include original packaging and accessories
- Process: Email support@greennestling.com with your order number and reason
- Refunds: Issued to the original payment method after inspection
- Non‑returnable: Final sale or hygienic items once opened where applicable
Exchanges & Damages
For damaged or defective items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will replace or refund as appropriate.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping is non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error. Return shipping may be at your expense, unless otherwise required by law.
